At the top of the stairs, is a carpeted chillout area featuring comfy sofa and chairs, pool table, with glass doors through to a minstrel's gallery overlooking the central live room. As well as being a completely separate private writing and creative space, tie-lines available upstairs create an extra recording area, ideal for larger sessions when an extra isolated amp is required for live tracking.

Downstairs, at the entrance is a kitchen, WC and door to a large grassy area outside.
